About Powerhouse Lacrosse

Growing up in Upstate, New York, I've always embraced the East Coast style of fall ball. For me, a "true" fall ball game is on a regulation-size field, with 24 players and two certified officials per USA Lacrosse guidelines.  

For the past four years, our fall ball league has grown with players throughout the Sacramento region. This year we're expanding and inviting players throughout Northern California. Whether your whole team wants to participate or just yourself, we invite you to sign up for fall ball. 

For new players, fall ball is an opportunity to learn how to play the game. For experienced players, use fall ball to sharpen your lacrosse skills and be better prepared for your next season.
